Lead Host + Teacher
Through her deep studies in India, Audrey came to truly embody all aspects of Yoga in her life and teachings. She is deeply inspired with how yoga acts as a mirror: reflecting our everyday experiences and inner world. In her teachings, she focuses on the felt experience of each pose: how it lands in the body, what it stirs and what it reveals.
Maria Arnaoutaki
Lead Host + Teacher
Maria has been teaching yoga and running her own wellness and retreats business for 8 years. Her teachings are a combination of many different disciplines of yoga and she passionately incorporates forms of sound healing into her every class. The vision that Maria holds is to share the wisdom of yoga and open the hearts of people to love, gratitude and kindness.

Sundara lands at Villa Monte
Villa Monte is an exquisite, secluded villa with an infinity pool at Cala Tarida, Ibiza. Nestling in its own 24 acre grounds, the villa offers wonderful views onto Ibiza's highest mountain. It's a 20 minute walk to the Cala Tarida beach with its crystal clear waters. It's an 18 minute drive from Ibiza airport.
The villa has it all: beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, an outdoor dining area, a sun terrace, an infinity pool, no neighbours and an outside yogadeck.

Discover the villa
This breathtaking private haven is the perfect opportunity to embrace tranquility and serenity, yet down the road we will find normality once more - beaches, beach bars, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. It is the perfect place if you are looking for privacy and tranquility. We have an outdoor yoga deck to practice with the soft breeze of the wind on our cheeks. Our villa is only an 18 minute walk to the beautiful Cala Tarida beach.
