I have a love for juicy, somatic movement, strong yet soft and grounding flows, deep rest, and ancient wisdom that still resonates in our modern lives.

What deeply inspires me is how yoga acts as a mirror—
reflecting our everyday experiences and inner world. In my
teachings, I focus on drishti (focused gaze) and the felt
experience of each pose: how it lands in the body, what it
stirs, what it reveals.
During this retreat, I’ll be your host and will guide most of
the sessions, holding space for you to come home to your
body, your rhythm, and your joy.
